Restore CommunitiesCORPORATION
For veterans & families

A home. A fresh start.

Restore offers fully furnished shared housing for veterans in Philadelphia, with resident support and coordination with case managers and referral partners.

Housing at a glance

  • Furnished shared homes. Living, dining and bedroom furnishings are in place, and residents follow clear, respectful house expectations.
  • Philadelphia. Our current service area. Contact us for locations with current availability.
  • Resident support. Practical support, and a clear way to ask for maintenance or raise a concern.
  • Coordination. We work with case managers and referral partners, and veterans and families may also contact us directly.
Our team will confirm current costs, room arrangements, availability, and program requirements with you.

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a room or guarantee acceptance. Programs such as HUD-VASH or SSVF do not automatically guarantee eligibility; we confirm this case by case, and you may inquire with or without a subsidy.
